Schon Collection website and related services are made available to you in accordance with the Shipping Info in Schon Collection website, & the following Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions In Detail. Please read them carefully before ordering as we may change or modify it from time to time. Your continued use of this site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified terms & conditions in detail.

Product Details:

Product Display

Photos are taken by Schon Collection with our own in house model. 

We make our best effort to ensure that the colours of our garments are displayed as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that any colour displayed on your monitors is completely

accurate due to variations in computer monitors.

Product Measurement

We try our best to give you the most accurate measurement. However, do allow for a measurement discrepancy of 2cm-4cm.

Product Care

Please make sure not to soak your items for the first couple of washes to prevent colour bleed.

Please make it possible to always wash the brand new items separately by hand in low temperature water to prevent colour bleeding & shrinking.

1. Terms of Sale

1.1 These Terms of Sale (“Terms”), set out the terms and conditions that will apply when you place an order through Schon Collection website. If you do not understand any of these Terms or have any

     questions, please contact Schon Collection. You will be required to confirm that you have read and accept these Terms before you submit an order to Schon Collection. Please read the Terms

     carefully and take note that these Terms are subject to change so review and save or print a copy of the current terms and conditions prior to each order that you submit.

2. Order and acceptance

2.1 Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase products. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation acknowledging your details. This is not a confirmation of your order.

       Schon Collection reserves the right not to accept your order in cases where:

       - orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided;

       -  we are unable to obtain authorization for payment (for credit card payment)

       - we did not receive a proof of your bank transfer payment (for bank transfer payment)       

       - We did not received any payment (for bank transfer payment)

       - there is an error on the web shop relating to the products that you have ordered, for example an error relating to the price or description of the product as displayed on the web shop; or

       - the product that you have ordered is out of stock, or is no longer available through the website

2.2 After Schon Collection receives your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order & banking instructions for bank transfer payment.      

2.3 You will receive an email when your order is being dispatched confirming that your order has been accepted.

2.4 If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding Schon Collection’s order acceptance policy, or if you consider that your order was rejected in error, please contact Schon Collection.

3. Product Pricing & availability

3.1 We will try our best to ensure that all details, description & prices that appear on our website are accurate. However, in the event where errors occur, & if we discover an error in the price of the

      product you have ordered, we will inform you about this as soon as possible, & provide you with the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact  

      you, you order will be cancelled at our end. If you have already made payment for that cancelled  product, we will refund you in full.

3.2 If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay, or have detail or description errors, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided. If we cannot contact you in regards to our

      out of stock orders we will cancel these within 48 hours and you will receive a full refund.

3.3 Schon Collection reserves the right to make changes to information about products displayed on the website at any time. For example, information about prices, description or the availability of

      products and Schon Collection may do so without first giving you notice of the changes. However, Schon Collection will not make any changes to the price, availability or description of any product

      after an order has been accepted.

4. Customer initiated order cancellations and changes

4.1 Payment for orders placed in the Cart must be made withinn 24 hours. The items in your cart are not kept/reserved, and may be purchased by other customers until full payment have been made.

4.2 We will notify you if orders that you have paid are no longer available or have just been puchased by another customer.

4.3 You cannot cancel your order after payment have been made.

5. Order tracking

5.2 After your shipment has been dispatched, you will be able to view your shipment’s tracking number in the Order History section when you log in to your Schon Collection account & track the

       status of our shipment.

6. Shipping

6.1 Shipping charges will depend on the value of your order and the country to which the product is being shipped. For international orders, any customs duties or tariffs that may be imposed on

       the deliveries will be paid by you.

6.2 Any shipping times provided to you in connection with your order are estimates. Although the aim is to provide you with as accurate estimates as possible, Schon Collection cannot guarantee the

       delivery times.

6.3 Schon Collection will only ship out the item/s after we’ve received the full payment for the item/s. As soon as Schon Collection has delivered the item/s to you, you will become responsible for it and

       for any loss or damage to it thereafter.

6.4 We use POSLAJU express shipping for orders within Malaysia, and we charge a flat rate based on different zones in Malaysia. For Singapore and all standard international orders, we use DHL

      Global Mail or ARAMEX & we charge a flat rate for each order.

6.6 To be notified of any promotional codes or other offers valid on our site via email, simply login to your Schon Collection account & subscribe to our newsletter.

6.7 We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days after payment have been received, subject to credit clearance and address verification . All orders must be shipped to a billing address.

6.8 Schon Collection cannot guarantee the Delivery times. The delivery time frame is subject to post-dispatchment & custom clearance (being the responsibility of the shipping company) which will be

       out of our control. Delay may occur during holiday periods.


After your shipment have been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a link which you can click in to view the Tracking Number for your shipment.  Alternatively, you can also view your

shipment's tracking number in the Order History section when you log into you Schon Collection account.

Taxes & Duties

For international orders, take note that All prices on Schon Collection website are in MYR Ringgit Malaysia. The prices quoted do not include your local taxes or import duties. Any duties and taxes

incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. We will do our best to avoid customs duties & taxes on international orders. However, there is a possibility it may be charged

to your purchase upon entry to your country. If this happens, you are required to pay all Duties & Taxes on the order. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

7. Prices and payment

7.1 The product price is always the price indicated in the website when you place your order.

7.2 By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted

      and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

7.3 Full payment must be received by Schon Collection within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. The items in your cart are not kept/reserved, and may be purchased by other

      customers until payment have been made.

7.4 We will notify you if orders that you have paid are no longer available or have just been puchased by another customer.

7.5 We do not accept any cancellation for orders that have been paid.

7.6 In the event where your credit card payment didn’t go through or we don’t receive the payment within the specified time due to other reasons, we will notify you via email. You will then be able to

       place another order if you wish to do so.

7.7 Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The available payment methods are displayed before you make payment. Payment via bank transfer & via Paypal is available.

       You can choose to pay with PayPal or with a debit or credit card when you meet the required minimum purchase amount. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize

      payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.

7.8 Payments by credit and debit cards:

      - All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by the payment method provider. With regards to payments made by credit or debit card, the payment method provider acts as the

        merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and the payment method provider. The payment method provider is also the recipient of the payment.

8. Returns / Refunds

Returns Eligibility & Exchange Period/Process

8.1 All sales are final. We only accept returns for incorrect items sent or defect items which has defects/stains larger than 10 cents Ringgit Malaysia coin. We do not accept returns for

      quality issueswrong size , wrong item bought or any other minor issues. Hence, please think twice & read through our Terms & Condition In Detail before placing an

     order & making payments. 

8.2 We do not provide Refund. For defective items with major defect or stains larger than RM0.10 coin eligible for return, you can only return for Exchange.

8.3 Example Of Defective Items Not Eligible For Exhange are loose sewing or loose button stitches, fabric shrink, colour bleed, colour of item/s different from displayed on website,

       size descripancies (2cm-4cm) etc.

8.4 Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for items like fashion jewelry, swimwear, hair accessories, hats, hosiery, intimates/lingerie, beauty products or any other products that

       are related to hygiene.

8.5 In the event where you are Returning an item/s due to incorrect item/s sent or due to faulty/defective item, you will need to quickly notify us via email at [email protected] , or

       message us via Schon Collection Facebook Page within 3 business days of receiving the item/s.

8.6 You need to get approval from us first before returning the item/s for exchange. 

8.7 If we approve, item/s must be returned within 5 working days. If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception in accepting it.

8.8 Returns must be received in original condition. It has to be unworn, unwashed, tags still attached, in new condition, in its original packaging & has no makeup stains. In particular, take care not

       to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment.

8.9 Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will be held by us until an agreement is reached, so please take due care when trying on your order. In the rare event that

       a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.

8.11 We only accept Returns via post.We recommend that you choose registered post for shipping and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Schon Collection cannot be liable for

        damages to packages, packages missing or lost in transit. In other words, Schon Collection cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them.

8.12 After we’ve received the exchange item/s you returned,  we will process your Return for Exchange.


We cannot guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to fulfil an exchange request due to defected or incorrect item/s sent. Therefore, if we no longer have the same item available for

exchange, you can then choose another item listed for the same or higher price.

9. Liability & Indemnity

9.1 Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our directors, employees, suppliers or

      other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.

9.2 You agree fully to indemnify us, our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including

       reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We may terminate your use of the

      website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.

       Schon Collection and authors, designers, photographers etc. All worldwide rights are reserved. This site and its contents may only be used for personal non-commercial use.

       Any reproduction in whole or in part of our website without the prior written permission of Schon Collection is strictly prohibited.

      When you create your Schon Collection account and place an order through the web shop, you will be providing Schon Collection with your personal information. Schon Collection will use

      your personal information to process your order and for the delivery of the products ordered and for other purposes which are stated in Schon Collection’s Privacy Policy. Schon Collection’s

      use of your personal information will be carried out subject to the terms of our Privacy policy below.

Payment method available at Schon Collection is Bank Transfer & Paypal. Schon Collection’s credit card payment gateway is managed by PayPal. Hence, if your enter your credit card number during the checkout process, PayPal will process the transaction & retain a record of it. Schon Collection does not keep record of your credit card details.

If you checkout using your personal PayPal account, then PayPal will process the transaction using financial information you have provided to it previously. We value your trust in us, and will do everything we can to safeguard your privacy and the security of your transactions.
